Scanned from a print....Early February 1993 was bitter cold and not the time to have problems with your vehicle in Southern New England. At Phelp's Crossing in West Willington, CT, I was having one of those "bad" days as the Central Vermont's northbound job to Palmer decided to show up with three of the classic "Patriot" GP38s. 5809 still had its horn above the cab at this date.
