NECR ethanol extra through Stafford Springs, CT A unit ethanol extra bound for Motiva in Providence, RI on the Providence & Worcester passes through Stafford Springs, CT at about 1:00am on 3/11/2010. The more unusual part is it's powered by four six-axle units (3 SD40s and an SD70), a rarity on the NECR south of Palmer, MA.
