Switcher-1 344 at River Road on the Lewiston Lower Branch

344's Conrail heritage is starting to show around the number boards, as Guilford's charcoal gray is peeling off and some blue can be seen. The conductor is seen walking back to the cab after confirming that the crossing signals are working properly and that traffic is stopped. This Brunswick Local is approaching the second of two River Road crossings in Topsham, Maine on the Lewiston Lower Branch as it nears Grimmel's.
