Steam On The Naugatuck RRFlagg Coal Co. 0-4-0 No. 75 is seen heading up a railfan excursion train just south of Thomaston, Conn., on Sunday afternoon, May 30, 2010. Believe it or not, the train was actually backing down the track in preparation for a photo-run-by when the little saddletanker sent up this towering plume of black
coal smoke. Hats off to the Railroad Museum of
New England -and its many volunteers- for bringing
this wonderful little steam engine to New England and making it a very memorable event.
