Transition joints

Someone may have coupled at over 4 mph with that knuckle. The rail in the foreground is on the track connecting the CSX siding (in front of the picture) to the lead between the NECR/Mass Central and the CSX yard. There are several transition joints on that lead, this particular one is labeled for 115 lb rail on the right, on the left the label is behind the bolt so I'm not sure what it says.
