Big Bend

Amtrak 449 winds through the reverse curve west of Russell, MA. on an evening in July, 1979. Actually located in Montgomery, there seems to be some question as to the correct name for this curve. Maps refer to it as Turtle Bend, but B&A ETT's refer to it as Tuttle bend.....?

Photographed by Carl Weber, Jr., July, 1979.
Added to the photo archive by Carl Weber Jr., September 9, 2010.
