After being rescued by the Pan Am trio of MEC 370, 601 and 382, MOAY finally pulls into East Deerfield MA during a short break in the wind and heavy snow around 11:30pm. Trailing the Pan Am power were the broken down NS units and a long train of racks, trailers and containers.
