Making a rare daylight appearance, the CLP 263 train is eastbound with CLP GP40-2 306, VTR GP40-3 312 and VTR GP38-2 201 after a derailment in Rutland delayed the train into the morning hours after the passage of Amtrak's 290 train in Whitehall, NY.
