Having just coupled on at Center Rutland and pulling east/south with 38 hoppers of roadway salt for Bellows Falls, the VTR GP40 301, VTR GP38-2 202 (Washington Co. Railroad paint) and CLP GP40-2 306 are passing through the Rutland Yard limits as they enter the GMRC Bellows Falls Subdivision.
