It was a long afternoon at Rocingham Jct on a September day. The #515, #511 are part of a canned Eastbound that DO-1 is moving out of the way to do their work. The other locomotive in the shot is GP-40 #315. The #315 was going to tack on to the rear of the Eastbound and pull it down to CPF #258. They could not due to the fact that the last car had no coupler!!! September 2010.
