Lowell Jct in Andover, MA is about 3 miles west of Vale or now known as Macaulay interlocking. Long sections of cut 132LB CWR placed beside south leg of the wye which is unused. Flangeways cleared on both crossings being Biotechnology Drive and Gillette Way.
