"Yup, sure is easier walking on this smooth stuff betwen the iron things"A cook from the Chinese Restaurant located beside Mishawum Station in Woburm, MA walks the mile north to Anderson to get a Boston train.
With idling 501 nearby any chance of hearing an approaching train are drowned out by the Pan Am locomotive. From the time I spotted him down by Crawford Interlocking until he left the track and jumped up to the center platform, he never looked back. Not once did he look to see if something was catching up to him.
