The 4116 starts north on the second trip of the day taking nine loads north that were dropped by this afternoon's RJ-1. The swinging tube under the tree on the far right might not provide the "elevation" needed for swimmers today -- the torrential rains throughout the area have caused all the rivers to rise to flood stage.
