BML#53 on the CPC siding (MP 2.16) viewed from caboose BML#31

BML#53 seen on the siding at the City Point Central Railroad Museum in Belfast, ME, which is located at MP 2.16 on the 33-mile BML grade from Belfast to Burnham Junction. A GE 70-Ton locomotive built in the late 1940s, #53 is awaiting the installation of a new fuel injector on cylinder #5 as well as a lube oil change. (The 110 gallons required for the oil change are in the blue barrels next to the locomotive.) The view is from BML#31, a vintage steel caboose built by the MEC in 1924, passing on the BML's main line.
