MEC 516 & MEC 353 make a mid-afternoon appearance with local "AD-1" across the Vermont State Line into North Petersburg NY.. The crew will have to contend with quite a large backlog of traffic for both the VTR and the Battenkill at Hoosick Junction up ahead.
