Bridge Reconstruction at Lowell Jct.

The historic stone arch bridge is being reconstructed being built circa 1848. The Lowell Branch of the PAR Freight Main enters from the left beyond the flanger warning sign. The single track makes a detour to the right where the double track will be eventually built. This detour is necessary so that the bridge can be reconstructed on the single track side.
