Tied Down.

Several special railcars are carrying old rail ties at the Waterville, Maine Railyard. Pan Am has been busy all summer and this fall replacing old ties and ballast, this worked can be seen in the Railyard or as of now up to the Sappi Paper Mill in Hinkley, Maine.
