Heading to the north end of the train to get a shot of the #311 painted in its 50th Anniversary attire, i was pleasantly surprised to hear the horn of an incoming Pan Am AD-1 from Hoosick Junction, seen here looking down the side of VTR #310 is Guilford Rail Systems high hood GP40 #380, heading straight for the Paran branch to pick up loads from the VTR.
