The Massachusetts Coastal Railroad's Energy Train On Friday July 11th, 2014Photographed here is the MC 2010 running as a reverse engine past the historic railroad station located in West Barnstable, Massachusetts on the Cape Main Line. Behind it is the Massachusetts Coastal Railroad's Energy Train, with approximately five refuse loads that originated out of the Barnstable - Yarmouth Regional Transfer station located in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. These would all be destined for the SEMASS Waste - Energy incinerator at Rochester, Massachusetts. Lastly, the MC 2006 and the MC 2009 were also present with a short string of passenger cars, as tonight's dinner train was departing from Buzzards Bay for a rare trip down the Falmouth Line and then back again.
