Heritage Pride At Northampton, MA

Pan Am Southern train ED4 is seen pulling out at MP16 on the Conn. River Line at Northampton, Mass. on Thursday, February 19th. Today's train is powered by the heritage engines No. 52 (Maine Central) and 77 (B&M). The train was held just north of here for both the southbound and northbound Vermonters. Most of day was cloudy and blustery -and freezing- but the sun did peek out late in the day as witnessed here.
