CSX engine No. 3099 -'The Spirit of West Springfield'- and trailing "Sponge Bob" No. 4016 lead a MOW equipment train eastbound at Chester, Mass. on Oct. 31, 2015 (Halloween Day). The No. 3099 is usually assigned to the CSX safety training train based out of West Springfield, Mass. That's the historic Chester train station in the background.
