Justin Berard greets WAPO at Monmouth

Justin Berard greets his engineer friend aboard PAR 611 leading WAPO through Monmouth, Maine at 00:12. The engineer was making his last "road trip" before taking a yard switcher job in Waterville. Justin, who usually waits for the train in Belgrade, decided to go to Monmouth tonight to see it. I was waiting in Livermore Falls hoping to shoot RUPO when, with the scanner quiet I decided to go to Monmouth instead. Synchronicity! Overhead wires removed in the computer.
