MC 2008 and 2007 on the Mass Coastal Ballast TrainMC GP9RM 2008 and MC GP9U 2007 lead a Mass Coastal Ballast Train filling washouts in Sandwich after the occurrence of a northeaster. On March 5, 2018, the ballast train was loaded in Middleboro, which also had some washouts they had to fill.
