The road grime and distressed paint (at least it is not graffiti) plus the small number boards on this EP-5 have obscured the engine number, but I did note that this was eastbound Senator approaching New Haven station where FL-9s will take over for the rest of the journey to Boston.

BUT THAT MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE BACKGROUND DOESNT LOOK TIRED AT ALL- IN FACT IT LOOKS GREAT!!! And older than what is under the wires!!!!
Is it a DeSoto perhaps??????
