Lineside Clutter... a Lesson

Some rail photo sites are so picky, they will reject an image because of a blade of grass in the \"wrong\" place. This un-cropped photo from Shirley MA is to show out of staters some of what we in Massachusetts have to put up with: Odd sun angles & shadows, curvy ROW, trees, power lines & poles, signs, auto traffic, you name it. And this is a relatively clean commuter track. Get past Fitchburg and things change... they become even harder. \"Perfect\" photos are a lot harder to get in this neck of the woods than railfans in \"the flat lands\" can ever understand...

Perhaps im just a rank amateur from the stix out past Fitchburg but there is nothing wrong with this picture. Sun at your back, subject is centered, nothing is photoshopped, and lineside accessories set the perfect mood Those other sites- Fuggettabout ‘em

Your original is far better than the cropper’s version. There’s nothing to hide. We’re proud of where we live. It is what it is
