DO-1 Heading for Dover

With MEC 313 (GP40) now leading the way, assisted by MEC 510 (GP40-2LW), DO-1 heads into the crossover leading and on to the mainline at Rockingham Jct as it begins to head for Dover and home.
I do not know if empty propane tanks carry the same buffer car requirements as hazardous load carry, but even if the buffers are not required, one cannot blame the crew for keeping their power separated from all those propane tank cars.
