The first half of the first BNSF unit grain train to be operated by B&E over PAS from Rotterdam Jct to Ayer is slowly being unloaded Saturday morning 12/2/23 by the AY-extra crew. As such, the BNSF power that delivered the train to RJ is still in use although the BERX C40-8 must lead through the MBTA's cab signal/ACSES PTC territory. Previous to this, B&E crews had only unloaded such trains that ran across CSX B&A route and up the Worcester main.
