Tank car placards

Some of the placarding information on the GATX tank car that sprang a leak in Charlestown. HCL used up in Peabody to liquefy bones... a minimal spill that was noticed early and resolved. If this was a large spill on the tracks (it did occur right next to a row of houses) the evacuation area would have been 2.7 miles... about as far as to the Fleet Center!
