NYNHHRR-New Haven, Ct. New SS 75. 1954

NYNHHRR-New Haven, Ct. New SS 75 tower. Picture shows operator, yours truly, and the Station Platforms and the west end of the station. Or old SS 75 interlocking.
Picture taken 1954. The entire board has not been completed yet. SS 80, 79, or 81 has not been incorporated into the Signal tower.
It was a busy place. The red indicates occupied track. There is something on the wall track, a passenger train on track three that just came off track nine in the station. A passenger train on track one that is leaving track seven in the station. Another train on track four in the cut waiting to come into the station, just as soon as the switcher shoving a local off track four in the station into the passenger yard. There is something on the inbound for motor storage and something on the outbound or ready tracks in NH motor storage. Really busy.
