An Old Friend

I first met this fascinating little creature in the pages of "the Maine Two Footers" when I was a teenager. In my twenties I encountered her again at Railfan's Day at Edaville in 1982, and then in my thirties she made an appearance at her old stomping grounds: the S.R.& R.L. in Phillips, and we met again. Imagine my surprise when I took my son to ride the train at Boothbay Railway Village and there she was!

(I feel older, yet she never changes!)
