Pan Am putting in new crossing signals? On a dead end road? Spending money? Seems a little strange. These new signals are on Pine Hill Rd. in Lancaster. The road has never had crossing signals of any kind. It dead ends a little ways past the crossing. The next 4 crossings west of here are also marked up for work.
