Resting Ponies in Bow

Since early December 2015, this is only the second loaded coal train to arrive in Bow NH. NHB-02 arrived around sunset on Friday 5/20, and was heading south with 90 empties on Sunday morning 5/22. Here is where the "Ponies" wait, on the Perini Siding in Bow.

Both coal trains, so far, in 2016 have arrived with four engines, instead of three that are the usual engine power for an LCT.

This lineup features two Norfolk Southern SD60E's rebuilt with NS's home made Crescent Cab, road numbers 6938 and 6900 with the 9507 (C40-9W) and 9128 (C44-9W), the workhorse Dash 9's.
