MEC 5968e pulls 7 tank cars out of Broco Oil..they eventuality shoved the 6 loads they brought up & put all of the tank cars they took out back in except for 1 tank car. Once they finished here they called D2 for a signal to head west of HA then once they got the light they crossed over to trk 2 & headed up to WBC..seen around 330pm or so
