Here is former #406, renumbered to #400. You guessed it, they took stored #400 and renumbered it to #406, and returned it to service later in the 1990s. Not sure why the numbers were swapped, I guess that enough parts were salvaged from the wreck to bring #400 back to life, hence the number swap. Sorry again for the poor lighting...
