Switchers at Billerica

On a wet day at the Billerica shops a string of switchers are stored with an uncertain future. SW-1 #1401, SW-8 #1412, and SW-9's #1434 and 1221. A few years latter all these units would be scrapped. Mind you most of them had nothing wrong with them.

Photographed by Dave Mohla, April 16, 1988.
Added to the photo archive by Matt Rooks, June 1, 2003.
Railroad: Guilford.
