State Line Crossing from the Late 1950's

This photo is from the late 1950's. The exact year is not known. This was taken at the State Line on Route 32. The State Line is between CT and Mass.
The train in this photo is of a southhbound freight with CNL C-Liner Units on point. It sure would be nice to see one of these trains go through there now.
This line is now owned by the New England Central Railroad. It's an interesting glimpse into the past!

Photographed by David Worth, 1958.
Added to the photo archive by Xian Clere, January 18, 2004.
Railroad: Central Vermont.
