Near Apothecary's Hall Road, an old track maintenance vehicle rests. Its a trenching tool. The wheel spins...Digs dirt, dirt gets dropped on the conveyor ( which you can see at the top of the wheel) which then feeds it into a hopper car or whatever is in front of the vehicle.
