You can tell Spring is coming when wheels start turn at Seashore. Held at Arundel station is IND #800 from New York, brought down from the shop to free up some space for shifting. Alongside #800, Philadelphia & West Chester glides by after performing what was most likely the first mainline run of 2004, which is Seashore's 65th season.
