Wye connector-2

Crossties are piled atop the wye connector over Fort Point Channel Bridge, waiting for the day when they will be returned to their rightful place on the immovable deck, and trains will once again cross over it. Consider the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Providence-Attleborough baseball extras that make a right turn ten miles distant at Readville-Transfer and travel the Second District. They make a left turn on the wye connector from No. 1 track, and travel a little over one mile to Yawkey Station via No. 3 track, passing Back Bay before they make their final stop near Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox.
