Long hood of B&M #336 stored at N. BillericaThe long hood of long-since retired B&M GP-40 #336 (ex-CR 3249) is stored on a flatcar in the woods at North Billerica, November '94. The cab of this engine was sent to Waterville on 4/3/92 to replace the cab of B&M GP-39-2 #364 which was wrecked in Fitchburg in 1987. The #364 sat in Waterville until 4/92, at which time it was moved into the Waterville backshop, before finally returing to service in 1995, using #336's cab.
