The CVRTC inspection team, Ror Frendberg and Bob Willhauck, called in CVRTC member, Chris Sylvester, to check the problem. He was down the track cutting the overgrowth with Bob Hebb.

Chris has been on many railroads and performed this type of service before. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Johnson & Wales in Providence. Pretty good qualifications for working with steel and wood!
