NECR 324 ready for departure from St. Albans, Vermont

NECR train 324 at the North Elm Street railroad crossing in St. Albans Vermont about to begin its trip to Brattleboro. The locomotive consist for 324 was composed of NECR GP-38 3854 in the lead followed by GACX 7362 and CEFX 3715 -- the last two being SD-40-2s -- for a total of 8000 horsepower.
