BCLR's Millis yard sits quiet after a snowstorm

Bay Colony's yard in Millis, Mass., sits quiet after a snowstorm. Evidently, nothing has moved here since at least Sunday. One can see the very end of Bay Colony CF7 #2443 poking out of the trees to the right. She is coupled to #1701, and #1705 is idling at the other end of the plant. It is very unusual to have three engines at this location.
