MEC GP-40 #3264 (assigned #349) is seen here waiting for some work in the Waterville deadlines, November 1995. Just behind the #3264 can be seen B&M GP-39-2 #350, stored pending return to lessor. These ex-Conrail GP-40's were brought in to replace the 20 B&M GP-39-2's when their lease expired at the end of 1995.
