RGSW-1 works the west end of Rigby

ST #23 works as RGSW-1 at the west end of Rigby. That's NESE's consist in the background -- NESE had B&M #355, ST #19, B&M #337, ST #210 and B&M #360 for its trip west.

Note the end of the long hood of ST #23 -- it's from then-retired ST #17. The #23 had fallen into the turntable pit at Waterville and sustained some damage as a result. Waterville swapped the #17's good hood end with the #23's, and this updated ST #23 is the result.
