A well powered eastbound idles away at Dover in the summer of 1991. The structure in the background is the McGinness era Dover passenger station that replaced the previous station, located behind where the photographer is standing. It was being used as a MofW office at the time. The vacant lot on the left is the current location of the Dover Downeaster station.
