One Fine Day

Every once in a while you catch a day that just stands out against the others. In this case it was a west coast invasion of the Boston Line. On the drive from Worcester to Palmer we saw two Santa Fe units on a Conrail train passing through the Trees in Warren Mass. No way to catch the train Santa Fe was missed.
Arriving in Palmer we were met by ML470X with UP power

Photographed by Gerald Miner, January 30, 1994.
Added to the photo archive by Mark Beebe, October 5, 2007.
Railroad: Conrail.
