A Couple of Free LoadersCSX was still just a rumor during the early sun of January 30, 1999. At CP79 in Brimfield, MA, the day's first Conrail westbound in good light came in the form of ML-433. With an already-uncommon "Quality" B40-8 on the point, two Canadian National loafers were also along for the ride ahead of the empty racks.
