The Face of the Boston Elevated Railway Company

Here is a nice large, framed, hand-colored photo that I picked up today. It's of a young Motorman or Conductor for the Boston Elevated Railway Company, I'm guessing circa @ 1900. From his youthful appearance, I think that this may have been a family studio photo done at the time of his original appointment to the BERyCo. If anybody out there has an old personnel list from BERyCo, perhaps with a listing by employee number, I'd greatly appreciate finding out who this gentleman was.

Unknown photographer.
