The special car has been dragged south on the Valley Branch line in Cromwell, CT. as the lifting rig has been completed by the rigging crew. In the next day or so, large power plant generators and turbines will be trucked up to the track from a barge on the Connecticut River and placed on this car for a move to Middletown, CT by the Providence & Worcester RR.
